A 12-month group programme to help you stop working reactively and start leading your business like its CEO
You have built a business.
You have customers, experience and plenty of ideas.
But perhaps the business still depends too heavily on you.
You are working hard, making sales and constantly dealing with whatever needs your attention next.
From the outside, things may appear to be going well.
Behind the scenes, however, you may still be wondering:
- Why does the money feel so inconsistent?
- Which offers should I focus on?
- Are my prices actually profitable?
- Why am I always busy?
- How many customers do I really need?
- Which marketing activities are working?
- What should I be measuring?
- Can the business grow without consuming more of my time?
- How do I turn this into the business I originally wanted?
You do not necessarily need to work harder.
You need the space, support and information to lead the business more effectively.
The Business Builder Mastermind is an intensive 12-month group programme for ambitious small business owners who are ready to step into the role of CEO.
Throughout the year, you will work on the numbers, strategy, sales, marketing, systems and decisions that shape your business.
You will receive live guidance from me, support and insight from the group, practical worksheets to help you implement what you learn, and ongoing accountability to keep you moving forward.
Every Mastermind session takes place live on Zoom and is recorded, so you can catch up if you are unable to attend or revisit the training whenever you need it.
You will also receive a valuable package of additional support throughout the year, including:
- Full 12-month membership of The Business Club
- Full 12-month membership of the Focus Forum
- Free admission to The Business Builder Retreat
- Free admission to all Business Builder training days during your programme

Results at a glance
One client was able to pay for her family’s holiday and give herself a pay rise after joining the Mastermind.
A Coach was able to launch her new programme and fill it up quickly because we worked on marketing plans and confidence around making offers.
A franchisee was able to save £2,400 per month on costs after just one month’s membership of the mastermind.
You have built the business. But are you leading it?
Owning a business and leading a business are two different things.
As the owner, you may spend most of your time:
- Delivering work
- Responding to customers
- Sending emails
- Creating content
- Solving problems
- Completing administration
- Managing your diary
- Chasing payments
- Trying to find your next customer
Those things may all need to happen.
But if all your time is spent reacting to what is immediately in front of you, who is leading the business?
Who is looking at the numbers?
Who is deciding which offers deserve more attention?
Who is reviewing whether the marketing is producing enquiries?
Who is planning how the business will pay you properly?
Who is deciding what needs to change?
As the CEO, your role is to step back from the daily activity and ask better questions.
Questions such as:
- What is working?
- What is not working?
- Where are we making money?
- Where are we losing time or profit?
- What does the business need next?
- Which opportunities fit our goals?
- What should we stop doing?
- What do the figures tell us?
- What decisions have I been avoiding?
The Mastermind gives you protected space to answer those questions, make decisions and turn those decisions into action.
Why a 12-month programme?
A business cannot usually be transformed through one workshop, one conversation or one enthusiastic week of action.
Real change takes time.
You need time to:
- Understand what is happening
- Identify the right priorities
- Implement new ideas
- Measure the results
- Adjust what is not working
- Develop better habits
- Build stronger systems
- Become more confident making decisions
- See the effect of those decisions over several months
A 12-month programme allows us to work with the natural rhythm of your business.
We can review busy and quieter periods.
We can observe changes in sales, customer behaviour and cash flow.
We can see which actions produce results and which ones simply create more activity.
Most importantly, we can keep working beyond the initial burst of motivation.
You will not be left to implement everything alone after a short programme ends.
You will have ongoing guidance, group support and accountability for a full year.
The value of group support
Running a small business can feel lonely.
You may have family, friends and customers around you, but they do not necessarily understand the weight of being responsible for every important decision.
They may not understand:
- Why one missed sales opportunity matters
- Why pricing can feel so difficult
- Why a quiet month affects your confidence
- Why you are excited about improving a process
- Why you are questioning an offer that appears successful
- Why you need to discuss your numbers with someone who understands business
Inside the Mastermind, you are surrounded by other business owners who are also working to build stronger, more profitable businesses.
They understand the decisions, doubts and challenges because they are facing their own versions of them.
The group provides:
- Different perspectives
- Shared experience
- Honest feedback
- Encouragement
- New ideas
- Useful connections
- Accountability
- Opportunities to collaborate
- A safe place to talk about what is really happening
Sometimes another member will ask the exact question you needed answered.
Sometimes they will see an opportunity you have overlooked.
Sometimes they will share an experience that prevents you from making an expensive mistake.
And sometimes they will simply remind you that you are not the only person finding business difficult that week.
Why a Mastermind is different from a course
A course provides information.
A Mastermind helps you apply that information to your own business.
You will not simply work through generic lessons and be left to decide what they mean for you.
During the live sessions, we can:
- Discuss your particular challenges
- Review your ideas
- Examine your numbers
- Test your assumptions
- Identify gaps
- Learn from other businesses
- Agree practical actions
- Review what happened after you implemented them
You will benefit from both the structured content and the conversations that happen around it.
Because businesses do not grow through information alone.
They grow when the right information leads to better decisions and consistent action.
The Mastermind combines
- Structured business learning
- Live expert guidance
- Peer insight and support
- Practical implementation
- Worksheets and planning tools
- Regular review
- Honest feedback
- Ongoing accountability
- A full year to create sustainable change
This is not passive learning. It is supported implementation.
What we will work on during the 12 months
The programme looks at the whole business rather than focusing on one isolated area.
Your pricing affects your profit.
Your offers affect your capacity.
Your marketing affects your enquiries.
Your sales process affects your conversion rate.
Your systems affect your time.
And all of those things affect how much the business can pay you.
Throughout the year, we will work on the areas that help you create a more predictable, profitable and manageable business.
Understand the business you have now
Before deciding what to change, you need a clear picture of what is happening today.
We will look at information such as:
- How much capacity you genuinely have
- How reliably money comes into the business
- Where time, effort or profit is being lost
- How many enquiries you receive
- Where those enquiries come from
- How many enquiries become customers
- How long your work takes to deliver
- Which products or services generate the strongest return
- What your customers are worth over time
- How much the business currently pays you
Once you can see what is happening, the business becomes less reactive.
You can stop relying on assumptions and start making decisions based on evidence.
Build your Bottom Up Business Model
Many business owners begin with a turnover figure.
They decide they want a £50,000 or £100,000 business without understanding what that number will provide for them.
I prefer to start somewhere much more important:
How much do you want the business to pay you?
Using the Bottom Up Business Model, we will work through:
- Your desired personal pay
- Your fixed costs and overheads
- The profit the business needs to create
- Your variable costs
- The gross profit required
- Your average order value
- The number of customers or sales you need
- Whether you have the capacity to deliver that work
This allows you to see the actual shape of the business you need.
You may discover that your goal is more achievable than you thought.
You may realise that your current prices cannot support it.
Or you may see that the business model needs to change before you chase more customers.
The purpose is not to create a bigger business for the sake of it.
It is to create the right business for your income, capacity and life.
Understand your numbers without fear
You do not need to become an accountant.
But as the CEO, you do need to understand the numbers that influence your decisions.
Your accountant prepares your accounts.
You run your business.
We will make your figures practical and easier to understand so you can answer questions such as:
- Can I afford to invest?
- Should I increase my prices?
- Which offer is most profitable?
- How many customers do I need?
- Is the business growing in the right way?
- Can I afford to take time away?
- Is my marketing producing a return?
- Does this opportunity make financial sense?
This is Figures Without Fear.
No hiding from the numbers.
No waiting until your year-end accounts arrive.
And no assuming that money in the bank automatically means money available to spend.
Your personalised CEO Dashboard
During the programme, you will identify the figures that deserve your attention and create a straightforward CEO Dashboard.
Your dashboard may track:
- Leads and enquiries
- Strategy calls or sales conversations
- Conversion rate
- Number of customers
- Average order value
- Sales
- Recurring revenue
- Gross profit
- Net profit
- Costs
- Capacity
- Delivery time
- Personal pay
You do not need dozens of complicated reports.
You need a small number of useful figures that help you understand what is working, what is changing and where you need to act.
No more guessing. No more hoping. Just better decisions.
Price for profit, not simply to win the work
Many small business owners set prices by looking at competitors, choosing an amount that feels comfortable or guessing what customers will pay.
But your price needs to support your entire business model.
It may need to cover:
- Delivery time
- Preparation
- Administration
- Materials
- Software
- Marketing
- Professional fees
- Overheads
- Your pay
- Profit for the business
During the Mastermind, we will help you understand whether your current prices are creating the return you need.
That may mean:
- Increasing a price
- Changing what is included
- Reducing delivery time
- Creating clearer boundaries
- Packaging your expertise differently
- Removing an unprofitable offer
- Increasing the value of each customer
- Developing a higher-value service
- Creating recurring revenue
The aim is not to charge as much as possible.
It is to create prices and offers that are fair to the customer and financially worthwhile for you.
Create stronger, more profitable offers
More offers do not automatically mean more sales.
Sometimes they simply make the business harder to explain, market and deliver.
We will review:
- What you currently sell
- Which offers generate the most revenue
- Which produce the strongest profit
- Which require too much time
- Which attract the best customers
- Which naturally lead to another purchase
- Which should be developed
- Which may need to be removed
We can also explore ways to:
- Increase your average order value
- Upsell or cross-sell
- Introduce recurring income
- Create a clearer customer journey
- Package your knowledge
- Develop higher-value offers
- Improve customer retention
- Make better use of what you already have
Growth does not always come from finding more and more new customers.
Sometimes the strongest opportunity is already sitting inside your current business.
Understand your capacity
It is easy to set ambitious sales goals without considering whether you can deliver the work.
We will look at:
- How much time you have available
- How long each offer takes to deliver
- How many customers you can realistically support
- Which work requires your direct involvement
- What could be systemised
- What could be delegated
- What needs to stop
- Whether your sales target fits your capacity
There is little value in creating a marketing plan that generates more customers than you can serve.
Your business model needs to support your financial goals and the life you want to lead.
Better growth decisions begin with better questions
- Do I need more customers or better customers?
- Do I need more offers or a clearer offer?
- Should I raise my prices?
- Can I deliver the amount I plan to sell?
- Which work produces the strongest profit?
- Where is my time being lost?
- Can the business operate without me?
- Is growth the right move at this moment?
The Mastermind helps you answer those questions using evidence rather than emotion.
Marketing that makes money
Marketing should not simply keep you busy creating content.
It should help the right people discover, understand and trust your business.
Using my S.E.L.L. System®, we will help you create a clearer and more measurable approach to attracting and converting customers.
Stand out
Become clearer about:
- Who you help
- What problem you solve
- Why your business is different
- What you want to be known for
- How to communicate your value
You do not need to shout louder than everybody else.
You need the right people to recognise that your business is relevant to them.
Engage
Learn how to build trust and start more useful conversations.
This may include:
- Creating relevant content
- Networking
- Email marketing
- Following up
- Demonstrating your expertise
- Sharing customer results
- Asking better questions
- Remaining visible consistently
Engagement is not simply collecting likes.
It is helping potential customers understand how you can help them.
Leverage
Make better use of the assets, audiences and opportunities you already have.
This could include:
- Previous customers
- Existing contacts
- Your email list
- Testimonials
- Referral partners
- Strategic relationships
- Existing content
- Your knowledge and experience
- Current products or services
Before constantly searching for something new, we look at what you can use more effectively.
Level up
Explore opportunities to increase the value and strength of the business.
You may:
- Increase your prices
- Improve an offer
- Introduce an upsell
- Create a cross-sell
- Develop recurring income
- Package your expertise
- Work with higher-value customers
- Improve retention
- Create a clearer route for customers to continue working with you
The purpose is not simply to create more marketing.
It is to create marketing that supports the financial model you are building.
Build a sales process you can use consistently
Sales should not depend entirely on whether you feel confident that day.
You need a repeatable process that helps potential customers move from interest to decision.
We may work on:
- Generating relevant leads
- Qualifying opportunities
- Asking better questions
- Understanding what the customer needs
- Explaining your offer clearly
- Communicating value
- Following up
- Handling common concerns
- Making clear offers
- Asking for the sale
- Tracking your pipeline
- Improving conversion
You will also examine the beliefs and habits that may be affecting your sales activity.
Perhaps you avoid following up because you do not want to appear pushy.
Perhaps you assume people will contact you when they are ready.
Perhaps you create plenty of useful content but rarely tell people what they can buy.
We will help you replace random sales activity with a clearer and more consistent approach.
Measure what matters
You cannot improve something effectively if you do not know what is happening.
Throughout the programme, we will help you measure the activities and results that influence your goals.
That could include:
- How many leads you generate
- Where they come from
- How many sales conversations take place
- How many proposals you send
- How many people buy
- Your average sale value
- Your cost of acquiring a customer
- How much customers spend over time
- Which marketing activities create enquiries
- Which offers create the strongest profit
This does not mean spending every day staring at reports.
It means having enough information to make informed decisions.
Create plans that lead to action
A plan should help you decide what to do.
It should not be a lengthy document you create once and never use again.
During the Mastermind, you will create clear plans around areas such as:
- Your business goals
- Your income and profit targets
- Your sales activity
- Your marketing
- Your offers
- Your priorities
- Your implementation
- Your next quarter
- Your next 12 months
You will break larger goals into practical actions and identify how progress will be measured.
The group and the additional Focus Forum support will then help you follow through.
Because a plan does not create a result.
Implemented actions create results.
Practical worksheets that keep you moving
It is easy to leave a training session feeling motivated and then become distracted by the next urgent customer request.
That is why you will receive practical worksheets, templates and planning tools throughout the Mastermind.
These resources are designed to help you apply each subject to your own business.
Depending on the topic, they may help you:
- Review your current position
- Calculate your financial targets
- Compare offers
- Analyse your capacity
- Identify your ideal customers
- Strengthen your marketing messages
- Plan a campaign
- Track sales opportunities
- Set quarterly priorities
- Build your CEO Dashboard
- Record decisions and actions
- Review progress
They are not exercises for the sake of filling in more forms.
Each resource has a purpose: helping you turn what we discuss into practical business action.
You can revisit the worksheets throughout the year as the business develops.
Every live Zoom session is recorded
The Mastermind sessions take place live on Zoom so that you can participate, ask questions and benefit from the group discussion wherever you are based.
However, running a business means that occasionally something unexpected happens.
A customer needs you.
A meeting changes.
You become unwell.
Or you simply cannot attend a particular date.
Every Mastermind session is recorded, so you do not have to lose the learning.
You can:
- Catch up on a session you missed
- Revisit a subject later
- Pause while completing the worksheet
- Return to a useful discussion
- Review advice relating to your business
- Refresh your knowledge as your circumstances change
The recordings give you flexibility, but the live sessions give you participation, conversation and accountability.
For the greatest value, you should attend live whenever you can.
How you will learn and implement

What you could have by the end of the programme
Your exact results will depend on your business, your starting point and the actions you take.
The Mastermind is not a magic wand, and joining will not transform your business while you ignore the sessions, avoid the worksheets and continue doing everything exactly as before.
But when you participate and implement, you could finish the year with:
- A clear business strategy
- A personalised Bottom Up Business Model
- A realistic personal pay target
- Your own CEO Dashboard
- A better understanding of your finances
- More confidence in your pricing
- Clearer and more profitable offers
- A stronger understanding of your capacity
- A practical sales process
- A simple and measurable marketing plan
- Clear customer targets
- Better follow-up habits
- Stronger systems
- More recurring or predictable income
- Improved decision-making
- Clear quarterly goals
- Greater confidence as the CEO
- A business designed to pay you properly
Most importantly, you should understand your business far better than you do today.
You will know which questions to ask.
You will know which figures to review.
You will recognise when something is not working.
And you will be more capable of making decisions based on facts rather than fear, assumptions or whatever happened to appear on social media that morning.
Results can come from relatively small changes
Business growth does not always require a dramatic reinvention.
Sometimes the biggest change comes from:
- Increasing an under-priced offer
- Following up more consistently
- Removing an unprofitable service
- Improving your conversion rate
- Increasing average order value
- Creating a clearer message
- Contacting previous customers
- Reducing unnecessary costs
- Introducing a recurring offer
- Protecting time for business development
- Measuring the right figures
- Making decisions more quickly
The purpose of the Mastermind is to help you identify the changes most likely to matter in your business.
Not to make changes for the sake of feeling busy.
Examples of what becomes possible
Previous Mastermind members have used the programme to:
- Generate their strongest weeks, months and quarters
- Create more consistent monthly income
- Develop and sell new offers
- Increase the value of individual customers
- Introduce upsells and cross-sells
- Clarify their ideal customers
- Improve their pricing
- Become more confident making offers
- Turn ideas into structured plans
- Make decisions based on profit rather than turnover
Your results will depend on your circumstances and the actions you take, but you will not be expected to create them alone.
Who is The Business Builder Mastermind for?
The Mastermind is designed for serious small business owners who have already started building something and are ready to lead it more deliberately.
It may be right for you if:
- You are a sole trader, freelancer, consultant, coach or service provider
- You have customers but want more consistency
- You are busy but not earning what you expected
- You want to increase profit rather than simply chase turnover
- You are unsure which offers to prioritise
- You need a clearer sales and marketing strategy
- You want to understand your business numbers
- You are ready to develop stronger systems
- You need accountability to implement your plans
- You value learning alongside other business owners
- You are open to honest feedback
- You are willing to share ideas and support the group
- You are ready to step into the role of CEO
- You want a full year of guidance rather than a quick fix
You do not need to arrive with perfect figures, polished systems or every answer.
You do need to be willing to look honestly at your business and take action.
It may not be right for you if…
The Mastermind is unlikely to be the right fit if:
- You want someone else to run the business for you
- You are looking for guaranteed overnight results
- You are unwilling to look at your numbers
- You do not intend to attend or watch the sessions
- You want advice but have no intention of implementing it
- You are uncomfortable receiving constructive feedback
- You are not willing to support or respect other group members
- You expect growth without changing any of your current actions
You do not have to be the loudest person in the group.
You do not need to share every private detail of your business.
But you should be ready to participate, ask questions, listen to others and take responsibility for your progress.
Start-up or established business?
The Mastermind can support both newer and more established businesses, provided the owner is ready to implement and grow.
If your business is relatively new
The programme can help you:
- Strengthen your foundations
- Test your business model
- Create profitable prices
- Clarify your customers
- Develop a clear offer
- Build a sales and marketing process
- Avoid expensive mistakes
- Create realistic targets
If your business is established
The programme can help you:
- Identify where growth has stalled
- Improve profit
- Refine your offers
- Increase customer value
- Create more predictable income
- Improve systems
- Reduce dependence on you
- Build the next stage of the business
The question is not simply how long you have been trading.
It is whether you are ready to take the business more seriously.
What happens during a Mastermind session?
Each live Zoom session combines structured learning, discussion, implementation and group support.
Depending on the topic and the needs of the group, a session may include:
- A focused training topic
- A practical explanation or framework
- Individual reflection
- Worksheet exercises
- Group discussion
- Questions and answers
- Feedback on a challenge
- Review of business figures
- Hot-seat mentoring
- Planning and decision-making
- Agreed actions and accountability
The purpose is not for you to sit silently while I speak at you.
You will be encouraged to think, contribute and apply the learning.
You may bring a question about your own business.
You may offer an observation that helps another member.
You may discover that someone else is experiencing exactly the same challenge.
Every person brings a different business, background and perspective.
That is what makes the group valuable.
What is hot-seat mentoring?
During appropriate sessions, members may have the opportunity to receive focused support around a particular challenge or decision.
You might bring a question such as:
- Should I increase this price?
- Which offer should I prioritise?
- Why am I not converting enquiries?
- Is this new service financially worthwhile?
- How can I increase recurring income?
- What should I stop doing?
- How do I explain my value more clearly?
- Can my current model support my income goal?
We will examine the situation, ask questions and consider practical options.
Other members also learn from the discussion because many business challenges share common themes.
You are not required to disclose information you consider commercially sensitive.
You decide what you are comfortable bringing to the group.
What happens between sessions?
The progress does not stop when the Zoom call ends.
Between Mastermind sessions, you can:
- Complete your worksheets
- Implement your agreed actions
- Attend the Focus Forum
- Use The Business Club support
- Join weekly Q&A calls
- Participate in monthly challenges
- Ask questions in the relevant community spaces
- Attend training days
- Review recordings
- Track your figures
- Prepare updates for the group
This creates a continuous rhythm of learning, action, accountability and review.

But I did not become The Business Builder because I got everything right from the beginning.
Far from it.
I undercharged.
I chased turnover.
I invested in courses, systems and marketing because I thought a bigger business would automatically create a better income.
The turnover grew.
My salary did not.
For years, I believed I needed a £100,000 business before I could pay myself the amount I wanted.
Once I properly understood my numbers, I realised I did not necessarily need more turnover.
I needed a better business model.
That experience changed the way I run my own business and the way I support other business owners.
Today, my work focuses on helping you understand:
- What you want the business to pay you
- What it costs to operate
- Which offers create profit
- How many customers you need
- How to market and sell more effectively
- Which figures deserve your attention
- How to lead the business using facts rather than feelings
I do not believe business needs to be made unnecessarily complicated.
I believe you deserve to understand how your business works and to be paid properly for the value you create.
My approach
Practical
We will turn ideas into decisions and decisions into action.
Honest
I will tell you when the numbers do not stack up or when an idea is unlikely to support your goals.
Supportive
You will be encouraged, challenged and reminded of the progress you are making.
Jargon-free
We will discuss business in language you can understand and use.
Focused on implementation
Where possible, we will not simply discuss what needs to happen.
We will begin doing the work.
Built around measurable progress
We will identify what success looks like and how you will know whether you are moving towards it.
I will be firmly in your corner.
But I will not let you hide behind being busy when you know there is something more important you need to do.
All with kindness, obviously.
What you can expect from me
- Clear, practical guidance
- Honest feedback delivered with kindness
- Help understanding your numbers
- Support with pricing, sales and marketing
- Questions that challenge your assumptions
- Tools that help you implement
- Accountability
- Encouragement
- A focus on profit and personal pay
- Someone who understands small business
- Someone firmly in your corner
What happens before you join?
The Mastermind is a substantial 12-month commitment.
It is important that the programme is right for you and that you are right for the group.
The first step is to book a strategy call.
We will discuss:
- Your business
- How long you have been trading
- What you currently sell
- What is working
- Where you feel stuck
- What you want to achieve over the next 12 months
- What support you need
- Whether the group format suits you
- Whether you are ready to participate and implement
If I believe the Mastermind is the right option, I will explain:
- How the programme works
- The live session schedule
- Your additional support
- The current investment
- Payment options
- The next available start point
- What happens after you join
If another type of support would be more appropriate, I will tell you.
There is no benefit in placing you into a programme that does not match what you need.
Your next steps
- Book a free strategy call or submit your application
- Tell me about your business and your goals
- We decide whether the Mastermind is the right fit
- I explain the programme, investment and next start date
- You confirm your place
- You begin 12 months of strategy, implementation and support
No pressure. Just an honest conversation about your business and what it needs next.
How long does the Mastermind last?
The Business Builder Mastermind is a 12-month programme.
This gives you time to understand your business, implement changes, measure the results and continue improving with ongoing guidance and accountability.
Is the Mastermind delivered in a group?
Yes.
The Mastermind is a group programme, giving you access to expert guidance from Lynne as well as ideas, support and perspective from other committed business owners.
The group format allows members to learn from one another’s questions, experiences and decisions.
Where do the Mastermind sessions take place?
The regular Mastermind sessions take place live on Zoom.
This means you can participate from your home or office without needing to travel.
The programme also includes admission to The Business Builder Retreat and eligible training days, which are typically delivered in person.
Are the Zoom sessions recorded?
Yes.
Every Mastermind session is recorded so that you can catch up if you are unable to attend or revisit the learning later.
You will gain the greatest value by attending live whenever possible because you can ask questions and participate in the discussion.
What happens if I miss a session?
You will be able to access the session recording and complete the relevant worksheets or actions and email me any questions you may have.
You can also continue using the Focus Forum and Business Club support between Mastermind sessions.
Will I receive worksheets
Yes.
You will receive practical worksheets, planning tools and implementation resources to help you apply the learning to your own business.
These may cover subjects such as financial targets, pricing, offers, marketing, capacity, sales and quarterly planning.
Is membership of The Business Club included?
Yes.
You receive full membership of The Business Club throughout your 12-month Mastermind programme.
This includes weekly Q&A calls, monthly masterclasses, business challenges, daily prompts, online courses and the private support community.
Is The Focus Forum membership included?
Yes.
You receive full membership of the Focus Forum for the duration of your 12-month programme.
The Focus Forum provides regular accountability and implementation time to help you complete the actions agreed during the Mastermind.
Is The Business Builder Retreat included in my membership?
es.
Admission to The Business Builder Retreat is included as part of your Mastermind package.
Any applicable travel, accommodation or additional arrangements will be explained separately and will be at additional cost to the member.
Are training days included?
Yes.
Mastermind members receive free admission to eligible Business Builder training days held during their 12-month programme.
Events may have capacity limits and require advance booking, so individual event terms will be explained when each training day is announced.
Is The Mastermind suitable for a new business?
It can be suitable for a newer business if you have a clear idea or offer, are actively building the business and are ready to implement.
A strategy call will help us decide whether the Mastermind, Business Club, start-up support or one-to-one mentoring is the most appropriate option.
Is it suitable for an established business?
Yes.
The programme is particularly valuable for established business owners who are busy but want greater profit, consistency, structure or strategic direction.
It can also help owners who have reached a ceiling and need to rethink their offers, pricing, marketing, capacity or business model.
Do I need to understand my business finances before joining?
No.
Helping you understand the practical numbers behind your business is an important part of the programme.
You do not need to arrive with perfect spreadsheets or detailed financial knowledge.
You should, however, be willing to look at your figures and use them to make decisions.
Will I have to share my financial information with the group?
You remain in control of the information you share.
You may use your real figures privately in worksheets and calculations without disclosing every number to the group.
However, being willing to discuss relevant challenges honestly will help you receive more useful support.
Is one-to-one mentoring included?
The programme provides group mentoring, live guidance, hot-seat opportunities, worksheets and wider support through the Business Club and Focus Forum.
It does not include the same level of private, dedicated support as a one-to-one mentoring programme so if this is something you feel you need please book a strategy call to discuss.
How much does The Mastermind cost?
The current investment is £2995 and available payment options will be explained during your strategy call.
This call allows us to make sure the programme is the right fit before asking you to make a 12-month commitment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes.
Any current payment options will be explained during your strategy call.
You will be able to review the programme details, investment and terms before confirming your place.
When does the next round of The Mastermind begin?
The next available start date and session schedule will be provided during your strategy call or application process.
Places may be limited to protect the quality of the group experience.
What commitment is expected from members?
You will be expected to:
- Attend live sessions whenever possible
- Watch recordings when you cannot attend
- Complete relevant worksheets
- Take action between sessions
- Participate respectfully
- Protect other members’ confidentiality
- Remain open to feedback
- Support the group
- Take responsibility for your own decisions and results
The programme provides guidance, tools and accountability.
You provide the implementation.
Are results guaranteed?
No responsible business mentor can guarantee a particular financial result.
Your results will depend on your starting point, business, market, decisions and implementation.
The Mastermind provides strategy, support, tools, perspective and accountability to help you make stronger decisions and take more effective action.
How do I know whether The Mastermind is right for me?
Book a strategy call.
We will discuss your business, goals, challenges and the level of support you need.
There is no pressure to join.
The purpose of the conversation is to decide whether the Mastermind is the right next step for you.
You are already responsible for the business
The question is whether you are leading it deliberately.
You can continue reacting to each week as it arrives.
You can keep guessing which marketing activities might work.
You can keep setting turnover targets without knowing what they will pay you.
You can keep making decisions based on how you feel that day.
Or you can take the time to understand the business properly.
You can learn:
- Which numbers matter
- Which offers create profit
- How many customers you need
- Where your time is going
- What your capacity really is
- How to market more effectively
- How to create a stronger sales process
- What to measure
- What to change
- What to stop doing
You can surround yourself with other business owners who are asking the same difficult questions and are committed to doing something with the answers.
You can have guidance, tools and accountability around you for a full 12 months.
The Mastermind is not about creating more work.
It is about making sure the work you do moves the business towards the income, profit and life you want.
Stop working reactively. Start leading deliberately.
Stop chasing turnover. Start chasing profit.
Because profit is where your payday lives.
